Office staff is difficult to deal with on the phone—enough to wonder about the office efficiency. Nurses are wonderful, just impossible to get in touch with them.
The surgery center where I had my last procedure, hospital, was poor in most respects from the viewpoint of the patient.
I’ll deal with all of these issues in order to continue excellent care from Dr. Vollak.
Maybe I can critique him better after he does something!
I would recommend Dr. Volak to anyone. I have had nothing but great care when I see him. I know he will retire someday, but hopefully that is years and years into the future.
Great Doctors, who truly care about their patients , are extremely hard to find and he is one of the best.
If you need a GI Physician, you can not go wrong by choosing him.
