Dr. Lafond is an excellent doctor. He listens and explains everything in a language that you can understand. He spend quality time with his patients.
Front desk staff and nurse were professional but not personable. Kate, Dr Davis’ assistant was professional and extremely pleasant. Prior to my appointment she was able to schedule me earlier than the original person I spoke with, and in person, the day of my appointment, she was very helpful.

Megan was wonderful! Answered all my questions with patience and asked for understanding. She took her time and told me to call with any questions that she will be there for me and if not to call Josh. Wonderful! I would request to see her no question!

This was my first visit and everything about this practice was perfect. The receptionist was professional, friendly and efficient. I was called back at my scheduled time by a nurse thar was also efficient, friendly and professional. Dr. Young was amazing! He took time to get to know me, listened to me with no sense of urgency and took his time building a relationship. I can tell you this kind of medical care is hard to find and I'm very pleased I selected this practice and doctor for my Gi issue. Everything was great, and I would highly recommend Dr. Young to anyone that needs a GI doctor.

All was very good from check in, the Tech who took my history and vitals (Megan, I think) to our PA Ashua (spelling). Awesome service and told me I should be fine to take blood thinners for a short time for my Watchman heart procedure.
