I was late by about 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and understanding. Dr Antin took a good amount of time to share not only how my procedure would be done. But why it was necessary, and what they would be looking for. It was my first time meeting Dr Antin, and I feel very comfortable going forward with this procedure
I was able to quickly and easily obtain appointments. The consultation was efficient but comprehensive providing much information, instruction, and detail. The facilities were comfortable, professional, and convenient. Insurance/billing was handled transperantly as described and with no issues. Dr. Antin provided a detailed analysis up on completion and made the overall process an excellent experience.
