The visit was good. PA Phi answered my questions and explained my current status well.
However, the doctor who actually did Colonoscopy/ Endoscopy is always too busy and I cannot talk to him about the issues he found during the procedure.
It is often difficult to speak with the office staff in person. The office seems over booked.

Michelle was very thorough and personable. I had all of my questions answered and I scheduled a colonoscopy and an endoscopy with Dr. Masand. I’m sure I will meet him before the procedure.
Dr. Badr and his P.A. listened to my concerns, and they both were very informative and came up with a plan of action. Great team of doctors.

I am a long-time patient of Dr. Adnan Badr and DHAT. The office staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Their new office is easily accessible and well organized. The patient portal makes access to the practitioners easy, and they respond quickly. I highly recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience at digestive health. The physicians assistant, she was able to help me know what to expect on my upcoming appointment and the nurse took exceptional care and taking all information and in the intake process. They quickly got my prescription out to me and the only thing I’m waiting for is to go in and see the doctor and have my procedure done. I will happily provide further feedback after that appointment. But when it comes to service, I can tell they care about their patients, and that made me very comfortable.

This office offers the most cordial and professional experiences of any medical office I've ever been in. They are efficient and get you in and out not wasting any time. In the midst they still ensure all of your questions are answered if you have any.
This is a great place with wonderful service and I wouldn't even think of going somewhere else. If you need a gastroenterologist this is the place to go. Both Dr. Bader and his PA are the best in town. Maybe the best in the region I'd say

They listen. As women it is difficult to find a Dr who listens.
Dr. Masand's PA repeatedly asked if i had any questions or concern which in tail shows me she is empathetic and extremely attentive towards her patients. Effective communication and empathy seems to be something lacking in ppl, keyword ppl in the Healthcare industry.
The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. The medical assistant was very nice big smile! The person that checked me out looked like she was not happy to be there and bothered that I asked a question about how to call the facility to find out my coins or copay. But besides that it was good. I’ve seen Dr. Badr for a long time he is GREAT!
