I had an endoscopy done two days ago at the Allen facility. I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff at this facility. UPDATE: Colonoscopy went great. Dr. Alloju was already waiting for me after initial intake by nurses. He explained to me results after procedure. Dr. Alloju is professional and shows empathy during the consultation, in addition to the years of experience he has. He made me feel I'm in good hands. Christina was kind and patient all the time. Front desk lady (I forgot to ask her name) was nice and helpful by providing information regarding insurance coverage for procedures. I recommend this place. I always leave a sincere review based on how I'm treated.
