From the moment I met her, I was impressed by her professionalism, bedside manner, and politeness. She made the entire process comfortable, and her office staff was equally courteous and efficient. The scheduling for my procedure, the clear pre-procedure instructions, and the prompt follow-up for any queries I had, including billing, were all handled seamlessly.
