I must say, I love the atmosphere here. Everyone is so nice and have such a sense of humor at times. It’s really nice to be somewhere where they make you feel so comfortable and caring! Best decision I’ve ever made medically.
I met with Dr J Rosenberg regarding an upcoming colonoscopy- He thoroughly explained the procedure and his office staff scheduled me in a very timely fashion.
Yesterday, I had my first visit to G.I. Alliance in Libertyville, Illinois and it was a fantastic experience. Ryma Santiago FNP - C was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. Melissa at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Olivia, the intake colleague, was also verywarm, professional and efficient. Overall, I had a great experience at G.I. Alliance and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of gastrointestinal care. Thank you to Ryma, Melissa and Olivia for a wonderful first visit!
