Very professional, answered all my questions, would highly recommend.
Dr. Hughes addressed needs pronto. Kind too. Would’ve given a five, but I just haven’t had my issue resolved after my EGD and colonoscopy. My expectations were high. In all fairness, I did not make a follow up appointment for about seven months. Tried to do what I was instructed to do. Finally drove my wife a little bit crazy.🥰

The office visit was great. The doctor is very informed and has good bedside manner. Staff is courteous and prompt as well. Only area for improvement thus far includes post exam communications. My lab order did not indicate whether or not I had to fast. The texting option for communication did not identify me as the correct patient. And messages are slow to be responded to through the portal.
My 3rd visit with Dr. Hughes was very informative as were the first two visits. He is very pleasant, professional, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I will definitely recommend Dr. Hughes to others.
