I have always received great service at the Gastro Group as far back as early 2000s.

The staff is efficient however it is not always okay to have automated choices. I needed to make an appt to get med refill and I couldn’t ever talk to anyone. The system was not allowing me to make my own. I think a choice should be to leave a VM for a person to call back when it’s an urgent need.
