About Richy Chen, M.D.
Dr. Chen is a general gastroenterologist dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge in diagnosis and treatment of all gastrointestinal and liver issues.
Dr. Chen knows that a complex gastrointestinal system plays a large part in our daily lives, and it is not uncommon for abdominal symptoms to occur that can stop us in our tracks. As a gastroenterologist, he is able to make a direct impact on his patients’ lives. With evidence-based medical knowledge and endoscopic skills, Dr. Chen can diagnosis and treat a multitude of gastroenterological conditions such as acid reflux, constipation, liver disorders, inflammatory bowel diseases and detection and removal of precancerous colon polyps.
With Dr. Chen, patients can expect to have an active listener who will partner with them to address their gastroenterological and liver conditions.
In his free time, Dr. Chen enjoys biking, running, hiking, watching movies in the theater, trying new restaurants and learning about new technologies.
