Caring about your thoughts and emotions. Reassuring and very helpful.
It's rare to find good doctors these days and when I came to his office first I was expecting the (sadly) typical 30 second "do this and that and then we can schedule a bunch of expensive tests" visit where the doctor barely looks up his chart, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I had a very good experience during and after a health scare with Dr. Szeto. He was patient and to the point, explained things well, and he and his office handled all details of the procedure efficiently and effectively.
We have had a couple appointments so far, and we have yet to have to wait very long to see him. Dr. Szeto is very pleasant. He listens to everything we have to say, and he gets to the point. He tells us what he is prescribing and why in ways that are easy to understand. My mom had a procedure with him, and it went well.
This is a wonderful doctor that thoroughly explains everything and answers all your questions. He has a great bedside manner. He doesn’t rush through anything! I feel very comfortable with him doing my upcoming procedures.
Dr Szeto is very professional. He has an amazing staff. They are all very professional and very friendly and we even got to joking around a little and laughing. Melinda is a pleasure to talk to, to get everything scheduled.
Dr. Szeto was very professional & nice. He asked questions that mattered to me. I really like him. After my last visit on Sept. 26th, the wait time was excellent. I got there early, only sat in waiting room for about 5 minutes. Then, when waiting in room for Dr. Sveto, it was only about 1 minute. Good conversation & he listens. Good visit.
He's good listen for patient with disabilities.

My visit to TDDC was very good. This was my second time to have a screening at this location in 5 years. The staff throughout the process was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The day of the procedure was a well orchestrated event with no wasted time. I would recommend Dr Brandon Szeto for his professionalism and skill. Everyone I encountered had a great bedside manner and put me completely at ease.
While I am old school in believing a patient should meet a physician prior to the day of a scheduled procedure, Dr. Szeto was professional and answered all my questions.
Excellent care provided from the moment I was greeted at the front through the doctor visit to making the next appointment. This was the first time I’ve seen a gastroenterologist, so I had no idea what to expect. The doctor asked questions in a way I didn’t find intrusive and provided very clear information on next steps.
