Dr. Hughes addressed needs pronto. Kind too. Would’ve given a five, but I just haven’t had my issue resolved after my EGD and colonoscopy. My expectations were high. In all fairness, I did not make a follow up appointment for about seven months. Tried to do what I was instructed to do. Finally drove my wife a little bit crazy.🥰
The process was well organized and well run. The staff had a helpful friendly attitude and Dr Hughes had a great demeanor and extremely knowledgeable. A+.
The office visit was great. The doctor is very informed and has good bedside manner. Staff is courteous and prompt as well. Only area for improvement thus far includes post exam communications. My lab order did not indicate whether or not I had to fast. The texting option for communication did not identify me as the correct patient. And messages are slow to be responded to through the portal.
Dr Hughes is very nice he took his time to explain treatments and answer my questions I was very comfortable with him. I will recommend him to others.

I found my visit to see Dr. Hughes a very pleasant one. He explained the process. He said he would look into all of my bloodwork and so on before the procedure and I found him a very pleasant fellow.
