Thank you everything is excellent
My nurse was a great listener as well as a thoughtful responder to my questions. The person who put me to sleep was very knowledgeable and familiar with my issues. I felt at peace after our talk. My doctor spoke with me before and after the procedure, explaining what would happen then what did. All involved in my care did a great job. Hopefully, I won’t need them soon but if I do, this is the perfect team for me.

All of the nurses were amazing when I went for my first colonoscopy. The prep for the procedure wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated so yay for that. The doctor I saw was lacking in bedside manner. I would have preferred someone a little more jovial and upbeat vs cold robotic- especially since this is a personally invasive procedure to have. Overall nothing to worry about and the staff is great.
I had an upper gi. From the time I arrived until I left, the staff were caring and supportive. They constantly checked on me. The asked all the important questions multiple times to ensure my safety. They also provided good explanations of the process and procedure.
They took high quality care of me, listened to my needs, and gave fantastic feedback. I’ll definitely return one day.
