From walking in the door and checking in, and then being called into the exam room by the medical assistant to being seen everyone treated me with the most professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly treatment one could ask for walking into what could be a rather nerve racking specialist office. Not only was everything explained to me as to what the next steps were and the time involved for any further testing to getting results, but when they were talking to me they spoke to me instead of talking at me. They LISTENED to my symptoms, answered any questions, and took a genuine interest in making sure I walked out of my appointment at ease and informed. As for scheduling a routine procedure/exam they made it as easy and painless as possible. I'm happy that my primary care physician recommended this office. I highly recommend if you find yourself in need of a GI Dr. That you give this office extreme consideration. 5 star service all around, I'd give more stars if it were an option!

Had a great experience. They were recommended by my PCP and they were great! I was very nervous and they quickly set my mind at ease. Everyone in the office were super nice and ver helpful.

From the receptionist to the pre- procedure staff, to the procedural docs, nurses, anesthesiologists, to the recovery staff, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, informative , courteous and kind. The practice as a whole and the APRN I saw were very professional, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. The treatment plan they gave me was conservative and proved to be very helpful without requesting many (expensive) tests.
I am holding my opinion until it is done. I appreciated the help with the paperwork.
