My Experience is always pleasant with my provider. He explains everything well and he makes sure I understand.
My visit with CT GI went very well. The front desk staff were pleasant and greeted me with smiles and were very helpful. The online check-in process helped speed up the time I had to spend at the front desk. The text message appointment reminder was also helpful. The PA that I saw was knowledgeable about my health situation and very thorough in his questioning and offered many suggestions on improving it. This is one practice I don't mind visiting.
