The computer system was down. The staff was excellent. The exam went as smoothly as possible. The staff adapted well and did fantastically.
Very satisfied with my visit. Wait time less than 5 minutes. Angela explained in detail the necessary test required to definitively diagnose my medical symptoms. She listened to my concerns and scheduled a follow up visit after the test results are received from Bristol hospital.

The front desk staff down to the doctors are always very helpful with what GI needs you are there for. The office staff are always so nice.

The receptionist with the Scottish accent is absolutely beyond amazing. She lightens up the room & will brighten anyone's day in a moment. That person needs a raise. Dr Stephen's was awesome sat down with me in his office. Comfortable atmosphere he gave me the time to talk about everything I needed to & made his suggestions. I definitely do not leave 5 star reviews. My experience at this office was beyond my expectations. Hopefully it continues to be exceptional when I go for my next appointment.
