Didn’t like to hear the nurses personal business. In particular one guy that talk a lot and didn’t acknowledge the people. Felt kinda rude

Although it took a while to book an appointment, I was extremely pleased with my initial visit with Stephanie Fontanella @ Ct GI. The office staff is kind and professional and during my visit all my concerns were addressed, fears dispelled and a plan for future visits established. As a patient I wish that more providers listened as I found Stephanie did.

The office is clean and very well staffed by knowledgeable personnel. I showed up at my scheduled time and was seen in an orderly fashion and was done in no time. Definitely five stars!

Appointments were easy to get. Reception was polite and friendly. APRN was informative and patient. After my consult, I was sent to someone else within the office to schedule my colonoscopy, and she was also very friendly and polite and patient and answered all of my questions.

I had a wonderful experience at Connecticut G.I.! Dr. Fontanella is awesome! I highly recommend her! She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed during the appointment.

Everyone was very nice. They answered all my questions. They put my fears at rest.
Appointment was on time. Staff was welcoming. APRN was very pleasant and took her time talking with me. We discussed what test had revealed and what our next steps were.
