Need to begin with I am a 1st timer on the Colonoscopy. I can say that working with Dr.Lin and his team was fantastic. Extremely professional and high efficient. Every question I had was answered to complete satisfaction.
I wanted to share my experience to all the people who suffer from extreme fear, anxiety, nervous crisis and even panic attacks.

Then I had the fortune to meet Dr Derek Lin. Since the beginning, he was different from every doctor I’ve ever met. He listened, he put on my shoes, he did proper research and he was the first one who could saw in me more than just a human overwhelmed with emotions.
Eventually, he recommended and endoscopy and a colonoscopy together (which it was my BIGGEST fear ever). Today, I had both procedures dones and I hope my experience can help others that are going through the same.. It doesn’t hurt, nothing is going to happen, you’re are going to be fine and safe. Don’t read anything on the internet, don’t consult with friends or others their experiences.. just trust your doctor.
In behalf on me and my husband, we want to express how grateful we are with Dr. Lin, he’s not only a wonderful professional but also a wonderful human being. Truly a doctor with ethics, knowledge and a huge heart.

Seems to truly enjoy what he does, follows up without another paid visit, and is truly refreshing in these times of assembly line medicine. A fantastic overall experience

I recently had an colonoscopy procedure done at Texas Endoscopy Plano by Dr. Lin. I highly recommend this surgeon. He was thorough in explaining all information before and after the procedure. Results were received quickly. The nurses were friendly and reassuring. The only glitch I saw was during the check-in procedure. Some people did not know how to use the kiosk easily or correctly to make copies of their DL or medical card.
Good location and friendly staff. They make sure you’re comfortable and know what they’re doing and who is taking care of you. Dr. Lin is thorough and makes sure you understand the results of the tests.
Dr. Lin was very thorough, carefully listened to my concerns, and ordered a couple of tests. Wait time to see the doctor in this office is always excellent. Highly recommend.
