My visit to DHAT in Legacy - Frisco, was such an awesome experience. I met Dr. Sai during my visit, and he was very patient, professional, and relatable. Dr. Sai worked closely to ensure that I received the care that I needed. He takes time to listen to his patients, and equally answers all the questions that comes his way in a very personable manner. His doctor - patients professional relationship is top notch.
The administrative staff are also the best. They quickly called me to reschedule my appointment closer when another patient cancelled a previous appointment.

Dr Sai and his team are amazing. After my testing I received detailed reports with his findings plus an explanation from him in person. The next day I received a text checking on me. Less than a week later Dr Sai contacted me with additional testing results himself. I can’t say enough positive things about this practice and Dr Sai.
Love this office! It’s very comfortable and clean and the office staff are kind and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and getting my operation scheduled was a breeze. The nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. An excellent doctor’s office!

Great experience! I was in and out of there. I waited in the waiting room longer than I was in the back for the procedure. ALL of the staff was kind. Best first experience ever! Oh and the nap you get is one of the best 🤩.

Dr Maddala is hands down the best GI doctor that I have seen since 2008. She is awesome! would definitely give her five stars and an A plus rating on health grades. She listens to her patients, has excellent bedside manner and puts the health of her patients at the forefront of everything she does. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing and Gastrointestinal diseases or syndromes

One always dreads certain procedures, that are necessary for good health, but the team here are nothing but professional and thorough, it’s a well oiled machine, absolutely top notch, a huge thank you to all involved in my treatment.

I saw Dr Maddala today for a routine colonoscopy. This was my first time visiting her practice and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The person at the front desk (I forgot her name) was very friendly and efficient. Karen, the nurse who accompanied me through all the preparation was personable, professional and proficient. Her demeanor would put anyone at ease. Amber the anesthesiologist was the best ever and I’ve had many (over 15). Besides being excellent at her job, she was funny and I enjoyed joking around with her. Even though I only talked to her for a few minutes, Dr. Maddala was great too. I highly recommend this facility for any digestive health needs.
Excellent experience with all aspects of my care during my preventive screening.
I was personally terrified to have an endoscopy done. I was literally sobbing in the waiting room. When I went back I was so scared. The nurse I had was great, she had great bed side manner. I was really scared of the IV too and she placed it very calmly. When I went back they walked me through everything and I fell asleep almost immediately when I got to the treatment room. After the procedure I was taken home. I got the answers that I needed. Thanks you guys for an easy time even if I was difficult.
