An efficiently and professionally run office. The PA, Niki, was very knowledgeable , attentive, listened carefully, and demonstrated genuine concern. She allayed my fears and was genuinely interested and personable. She offered her specialized expertise to discuss dietary and medication options. I felt heard, very comfortable, and well cared for. I would highly recommend this practice.

Hi.. my name is Jan Farmer…It was a very hard day for me I was in a lot of pain but after seeing the PA enable to get a date set for the procedure I couldn’t be any happier. Just knowing that the doctor was going to do what needs to be done to get to the bottom of the problem, going in there feeling pain and then have someone tell you we got you we’re gonna take care of you we’re gonna get to the bottom of it was the greatest thing that I could hear that day!! Dr. Kale is an amazing Dr. This is my second time to reach out.. and zDr. Kale is right on top of everything..I know I’m in good hands when I see the doctor and they have Me scheduled in for a procedure , I’m very comfortable and pleased with my Dr. Kale!!

Always good care and concern for the patient. This was my first tele-visit and I loved it! The getting ready and trying to look decent for an appointment is the part I don’t like. When I can wash my face, brush my teeth and sit in my rocker in my pajamas, I’m a very happy camper.
The nurse practitioner was so nice, seemed very knowledgeable and concerned for my problems. I’m a retired nurse with 40+ years experience so I’m fairly picky about doctors and nurses. I don’t have even a mild complaint about Dr Anderson’s office and staff. All is well.

The entire staff is knowledgeable, and exhibits a high attention to detail and patient care. The Dr. s are all excellent. All of the nurses and staff pay a high level of attention to each individual patient.
Felt like I was able to explain my symptoms and be heard and left with a clear plan.

Digestive Health has a comfortable, efficient, and friendly staff. The facility was clean and welcoming. I wish they had listened when I told them I was not feeling well at discharge. It was a symptom of further issues.
I had a phone appointment with Dr. Osdrcil's PA during which I was able to ask several questions about diet and symptoms, and she asked about my current health and how the new medication was helping. It was a very focused and productive teleconference.
DHA is a facility that in the past has given me peace of mind concerning my health. I am experiencing some health issues and chose DHA to help me with the discovery of any health challenges.
I found the nurse very helpful and willing to answer all my questions.
I am so grateful I was referred to my provider at DHAT on Gaston in Dallas. I feel like I am receiving expert care for a longstanding problem and the treatment I have begun to receive is working. After 12 years of difficulty, this care is just life changing fir me and my provider is as kind and caring as could be
They are very good at what they do. So far so good with their first visit. The new meds are working good so far.
