Staff is friendly and helpful - knowledgeable
We've been going here for years and they are great but I don't understand why they can't give me my results over the phone when there was nothing found. I shouldn't have to pay my $60 copay for them to say everything is good. Also, if you want to get in sooner, you cannot change to another doctor within the same company. Dr Bass is retiring this month so we were assigned another doctor. I sure hope we like him or else too bad according to a front desk person when I tried to get a sooner appointment with another doctor. Not allowed!
Although I haven't seen Dr. Antin, I have seen his PA, Ms Li, and I really appreciate the time and attention she gave me! She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. I'm getting the tests needed for an accurate diagnosis and I am well pleased with their customer service. Thank you to the whole staff.

I was rapidly given an appointment due to a very concerning CT report. The PA who saw me was soooo compassionate!! She made sure my referrals and subsequent tests were scheduled right away!! This office really cares about their patients!!
