My visit was informative and detailed. A follow up appointment was suggested if my condition doesn’t improve. Although the advice I was given hasn’t resulted in any improvements, I feel like they started me off in the right places.
I absolutely love Dr Utarnachitt!!!. He takes the time to answer all my questions. He explains the body processes and medical procedures in a simple way that can be easily understood. At the same time, he is kind and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
After a miscommunication about procedures, had to come in five hours later to have a colonoscopy. Was able to get in, and didn't have to try to reschedule. They were able to fit me in. Coming in from out of town, and a 2 1/2 month wait time would have been a real problem.
I'm thankful for the fact that it was able to be performed later in the day.
