About Eimile Dalton, M.D.

Dr. Dalton graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a minor in Romance Languages. She received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. She completed her Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX, where she received the Internal Medicine Clinical Wards Teaching Award in 2013. Dr. Dalton then completed a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Dalton has presented at national GI conferences and has been published in recognized medical journals. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA) and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE).  She has an interest in general gastroenterology, colon cancer screening, GERD, Celiac Disease and Eosinophilic Esophagitis. Dr. Dalton lives in Austin and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
