About Frank Totta, D.O.

Dr. Totta was born and raised in the Kansas City area and graduated from Bishop O’Hara High School in 1987. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology at the University of Central Missouri.

Dr. Totta entered Medical School at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience. Following Medical School, he trained at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Internal Medicine, where he also served as Chief Medical Resident from 1998-1999. This was followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center – University of Arizona – Phoenix Medical Center combined fellowship program in Arizona.

Dr. Totta is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine and is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and American Gastroenterological Association. He has been in practice in the Kansas City Area since 2002. He is married and enjoys spending time with his three children.
