Professional, courteous, friendly
The staff had a great attitude and were very helpful. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment. I am satisfied with my visit.
I was ten minutes late, but then had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. That is my only complaint. All employees were very pleasant and my NP is great.
Amazing groups of doctors & their staff.
We only had about a 10 min wait in the lobby which I was surprised with the lobby being full. The nurse who met us in the room, she could’ve been a lil more polite when it came to the paper I gave her with my meds, but I just ignored her. The PA who came in & spoke with us, took his time to talk to us, answered all of our questions, explained everything. When he took us the lady at the desk by the room we were in, he told her to set us up for 3 weeks out. She took us to another waiting room & left us there. The lady who I saw was an older lady, very nice, very good at explaining everything & she wasn’t too pleased the lady who dropped me off if the lobby didn’t set my procedure date up. I said, yea I thought that’s what she was going to do… I said, I could’ve found my own way to that lobby. The lady in the pharmacy was very nice & was very good at trying to keep everyone’s private business private, even though it’s a wide open space. If I were to rate the nurses, the score would’ve been a 3, but the PA, waiting time & lady who set my date & explained how to take the medication was extremely good.
The Dr was understanding and since it was a woman, I felt free to discuss some more embarrassing things. Her advice and information was very helpful. The clinics other personal were thoughtful and timely. A very nice visit.

A very professional place to visit when you have the medical problems that they specialize in. Can’t say anything bad about them.
It was a good Followup visit after my previous hospital stay.
Everything was fine. The nurse practitioner was good very helpful.
1) They are always have a warm smile when greeting and quick to get necessary information. 2) You never have to wait long to see the Dr. 3) The nurses are always helpful whether by phone or in person. 4) Test are never ordered unless absolutely necessary.
Dr Lamendola and her PA Brittany Hall, are always available when needed. They are both respectful of my feelings n complaints, professional but personable. I have always felt in good hands using my Drs and The Gastroenterology Center. Thank you!

From the welcoming staff at front desk to post op nurse, ALL was an easy experience.
Wish I was the patient who only needed a minimum of tests. But, I'm not. So fortunate to have Dr. Lamendola and her staff helping me to feel better. Best of all, they listen when I say I hurt and go into full doctor mode to find the reason and get me better. 5 stars for everyone!

I love Dr. Leo AND his PA. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and has a sense of humor, which is important to the doctor/patient rapport.
Rebecca Landry is great! Listens to me and all my health concerns. I appreciate the fact that she’s not tapping her watch to move on to her next patient!
