Everyone was so helpful, professional and shared personality with me which made the whole experience enjoyable a Strange word to use for a Nerve Conduction Test. But thats what it was Enjoyable. U should have more of your employees interact with the patients

PA Heather Trent was so wonderful. She listened and heard my problems. She asked me to start a med, told me how to use it and what it was for.
Once again, care and service was excellent. I have no complaints, only praise. My colonoscopy went smoothly and the staff kept me informed as to the time process. Dr. Walsh and all the nurses were very courteous and worked efficiently.
My doctor, physician assistants and nurse practitioners provide compassionate quality care.
My only concern is engaging with administrative resources. The portal and text messaging platforms are not connected. Billing for multiple services using the same billing office but different statements is confusing. Getting calls from a Texas billing office with a different name than Gastroenterology Associates requesting PHI when the patient does not know who they are. Their business office processes could deliver better customer experience.

This visit I saw Brittany Hall P.A. I enjoyed talking with her, she listened to my concerns intently. She is very thorough.

Heather was so nice and listened to me. Then she gave me her advice for a new medicine that might help my problem. It hasn't made me sick so hope it works.
The staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind and friendly, and made me feel at ease before my procedure. Dr. Lamendola has been my doctor for years now and there aren't enough wonderful things I can say about her. She listens, she's incredibly knowledgeable, and her concern for me is always genuine.
I was very much pleased with my visit with PA, Rebecca Landry. She spent an additional time going over my chart and medication with me. My experience was over whelming and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Thanks to PA Landry and the Gastroenterology Center.
Polite professional explained all well. We did have a bit of a wait to see Mallory NP otherwise all very good.
The process of having a colonoscopy/endoscopy is not a pleasant thought. My experience was very dignified and they were gentle. My results were great but the system they use is harder to get the information.

Professional, courteous, friendly
The staff had a great attitude and were very helpful. I did not have to wait at all for my appointment. I am satisfied with my visit.
I was ten minutes late, but then had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. That is my only complaint. All employees were very pleasant and my NP is great.
Amazing groups of doctors & their staff.
We only had about a 10 min wait in the lobby which I was surprised with the lobby being full. The nurse who met us in the room, she could’ve been a lil more polite when it came to the paper I gave her with my meds, but I just ignored her. The PA who came in & spoke with us, took his time to talk to us, answered all of our questions, explained everything. When he took us the lady at the desk by the room we were in, he told her to set us up for 3 weeks out. She took us to another waiting room & left us there. The lady who I saw was an older lady, very nice, very good at explaining everything & she wasn’t too pleased the lady who dropped me off if the lobby didn’t set my procedure date up. I said, yea I thought that’s what she was going to do… I said, I could’ve found my own way to that lobby. The lady in the pharmacy was very nice & was very good at trying to keep everyone’s private business private, even though it’s a wide open space. If I were to rate the nurses, the score would’ve been a 3, but the PA, waiting time & lady who set my date & explained how to take the medication was extremely good.
