Nurse Gonzalez treated me for possible hemrhoids to cause intermittent bleeding in my stools.
She seemed to cover all possibilities. However, I still have blood in my stool today. I will see her again Friday, a week from today.

My experience was good. However when I left there were a.few things that I thought about and needed to discuss with the Doctor. Doctor Sherman is an awesome Doctor and he is listens to his patients.

Very confident and caring doctor and staff. Had an issue and they got me in right away that day to see the nurse practitioner. I’ve been with them for almost 20 years. They are great.

Last week I visited Gastro Associates of Florida, at their Atlantis office. I have been going there for years and have always found the doctors and nurses and staff to be excellent. I saw Jessica Gonzalez at my last appointment, and she was professional and kind and terrific! She knew just how to handle my case. She works with a truly special doctor, Miles Medrano. Dr. Medrano has taken time out of his very busy schedule to call me and explain things and comfort me-amazing! One of his nurses, Maria, has also been extremely thoughtful. For those of us who have health issues, it is so important to know that our healthcare professionals "get" us and care about us. This office is the BEST!
I had a very pleasant experience from the beginning when I tried to make my appointment. The lady at the appointment office and the office staff were very attentive and the process was quick. Dr. Sherman took the time to understand my condition.
After other unsuccessful gastro visits without resolution of my problem, dr Sherman figured it out in the first visit. Thank you.
It's ok the nurse assistant was just very hard to understand and she got upset when I corrected her on how to say my name and then it just was very difficult to tell her things because she just seemed to dismiss it because of the communication issue. This was a big issue when it came to medication and past medical history. I still don't know if she got my true medication or medical history correct.
Your office is one of the best and most professional practices! Every employee from the front to the back are wonderful! And i cannot say enough praise for Jessica and Dr Silverstein. I am proud to be one of your patients!!

The staff members work as a team and it makes for a pleasant experience... I wasn't even apprehensive about my colonoscopy and it was my first... from beginning to end was smooth, explained and they made sure I was okay days later.
