Was impressed with the courtesy and care of each person I encountered. Shellie is an excellent Nurse Practitioner.
The staff is efficient however it is not always okay to have automated choices. I needed to make an appt to get med refill and I couldn’t ever talk to anyone. The system was not allowing me to make my own. I think a choice should be to leave a VM for a person to call back when it’s an urgent need.
