I arrived on the time for my appointment and was quickly checked in being the time of the day they looked as if they were slow. However, it took them 20 minutes past my doctor’s appointment to actually take me back. By the end of my visit with Dr.Nottingham I was really satisfied with her. She was a very welcoming person and actually took the time to talk to me and explain everything to me. In conclusion, my experience was great with the doctor and I saw the scheduler right away and she was very intuitive to what I need to do.
Every one was friendly and made me feel at ease. Lauren was attentive and listened to me and answered my questions.
Ms. Cox was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an excellent listener.

Adriana was great. She’s very thorough and flexible. She developed a plan moving forward that I feel very good about. The billing department on the other hand is rude. I had something come up for work and needed to cancel the day before the appointment and they told me I could not reschedule without paying $100. I didn’t want to pay $100, as it was not going towards my bill. To avoid pain $100, I called back to keep my appointment but they already filled it (in minutes). So, they successfully found someone to take the appointment and still required $100 from me to reschedule. The only reason I did not leave the practice is because a scheduler worked out everything for me, but I still had to keep the appointment on the same day. So, beware there is no flexibility if something comes up. I would understand if I’ve canceled my appointment before, but I hadn’t.
I also need to say that Heidi is amazing. She is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Her patient care is phenomenal. She is so empathetic and truly care cares. They are lucky to have her!

Nurse Nottingham was both professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to offer a solution. She really may me feel heard

Stephanie and her assistants were friendly, courteous and helpful and answered all of my questions very clearly. My test was scheduled at the earliest possible time and I was given clear written instructions on where to go for the test and how to prepare.
I am giving 5 Stars because Ms. Cox very professional and knowledgeable in her field. I gained more insights into my medical condition. She actually explained.my CT scan to me. No one had done this before. I felt she listened to me and understood my concerns.
I would not give the video chat a good rating. When I spoke to Lauren the connection wasn't good, so she hung up and we had the rest of our discussion over the phone without the video. The video chat doesn't work well. Hopefully, this problem can be resolved. Thanks, Julie p,

First time appointment with A. Nottingham. She was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Had a very nice visit with her and everyone at this establishment was kind.

She has great bed side service. She aloud you to express yourself. She is a very caring NP and she also have a great staff.

I really felt a relief seeing Dr. Herndon. There was a weight lifted off of my shoulders when she suggested a colonoscopy. I have been asking for one for about 4yrs now. Happy tears literally came to eyes when she said it'll get done. Sad tears came when I was told by the secretary stated I couldn't get my colonoscopy before January. Not unless a cancelation happens. Hopefully it does because the pain I am enduring is very draining and depressing for me. I just want to be able to live, eat, a exercise again. Hopefully I can get this colonoscopy done sooner than later. Thank you Dr. Herndon for actually listening to me.

The experience was better than. Miss Cox was very professional and understood my issues. She offered several options of treatment and explained them in terms I could understand. She represents the practice well.
