I had a very positive experience. The examining room and entire facility was clean. The PA -C was knowledgeable, listened and answered my questions. I was very comfortable in her care.
My appointment with PA Will Warren was outstanding. He was easy to talk to, attentive, fully knowledgable and focused on my concerns. One downside involved followup: the practice is popular and very busy, so getting onto the endoscopy schedule proved difficult. I've seen this with other medical providers and it seems true everywhere. There's a severe shortage of doctors and nurses in many communities.
Will Warren was extremely professional and personable. I felt very comfortable providing all the details on my issue.
