Since the first time I went there last year the front desk has been so friendly and comforting. They really make you feel at ease.
Dr.bernsen is also very reassuring to me. I always feel like I’m in good hands. No matter if it’s for a colonoscopy or just a regular visit, I have a pleasant experience.
I am able to get ahold of the office and schedule appointments either by phone or the portal messenger.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sun for 10+ years and he is the best. He is funny and genuinely cares for his patients.

From the scheduling process, procedure and discharge….everything was seamless. Would definitely recommend for any GI related issues. Dr Pillai was awesome……. The best!!!!

The staff and doctors are terrific! I felt listened to by the nurse and the doctor. The scheduling system was a bit frustrating. Left numerous VM until I used the text system and was told a scheduler would contact me in 3-5 business days. Setting up the appointment was not ideal.
Everyone treated me great and advised me in detail how the procedure was going to go. Thank you

I don’t believe I have ever been to a more welcoming medical office. From reception to check out every staff member was kind, polite and efficient. Each individual made everything clear and understood. My first time meeting Sam, the nurse practitioner, made I it obvious that had chosen the right practice. Her kindness and knowledge were immediately evident.
Thorough and answered all of my questions. Ease of scheduling precedure was easy.
I saw Samantha NP for my first visit. She was very nice but felt my first visit was rushed. I felt the visit could've been more thorough but overall the visit was good.
Dr. R. Pillai performed an endoscopy and colonoscopy at Sherman Hospital. He was very professional and very helpful with my questions.
My visit and experience still doesn't explain why I still have diarrhea. More testing in my future.

Dr Pallai is The Best!! One of a Kind! Our Whole Family goes to him. He is Very knowledgeable. He is Kind, Caring and Personable.Great bedside manner! If he doesn’t know the answer , he will find the answer. The Staff and His Nurses are All TopNotch!
Was extremely happy with my visit. The NP Erin, spent a lot of time going over my symptoms and set up a plan to relieve my issues. Following up in a month to see how it is working.
Rosanna made me feel welcome - my insurance was the same, sos all I had to do was update personal data, and sign okay to treat papers. The Polish? technition? Tatyana? was very efficient and Samantha Liam was very beautiful, but I knew she was married. The only problem was that i didn't have any questions already thought through before I came, and so they didn't get answered. Once i got home some questions arose, but it was too late to ask. Kelly helped me reschedule for next year when my insurance will reset, and she was not only cordial, but encouraging because she did what my mom used to do- let me know that I'm making good decisions. Also, the building, waiting areas, and offices were really clean, and well-maintained. Sincerely, Brian Carlson .
I drove to the office to request an appointment and to my surprise they had an opening that day with Erin (PA). I only waited 20 minutes from the time I arrived at the office. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Was a very positive experience.
Both Dr Pillai and Dr Stinneford are outstanding doctors who always give me the best medical care I can ask for. On top of this they are very compassionate doctors who do their upmost to make their patients feel comfortable as well as well informed on any procedures required as well as what the patient can expect.
