I was so pleased with how everything went with my procedure. I have pretty serious health anxiety and the nurses and staff were amazing. Everyone was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Dorfmeister was great at communicating and put me at ease.
I haven't yet had my colonoscopy, but so far I've appreciated the information and the setup with the nurse. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns I have about my upcoming colonoscopy. 😁

My 1st experience with Elgin Endo was great! Needed a new gastro since moving to this area and was a little nervous having colonoscopy in a new setting & new doc. Dr. Kosirog was everything you want in a doc from being well versed in my history to being kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Every staff member was great, including Celina, Jean, Traci, and Daphne! I do understand people upset with long wait time to schedule, but to me, that is also a sign of a good group of doctors. The phone frustrations are real, but everyone I did talk to was very helpful. Their tech system of texting reminders, details & even results is beyond the best I've used (I have a ton of specialist groups). The prep they ordered was a BREEZE compared to the old gallon one from years ago. Will have my husband now switch as well. Thanks for your care!

This was my first time using GI Alliance of Illinois in Elgin for a colonoscopy. All of the staff, nurses, techs, anesthesiologist and doctor were so sweet and caring. I had Dr. Jennifer Dorfmeister, she was very nice. I would definitely recommend this facility for a routine colonoscopy or any other service they provide.

If I didn’t feel like I was bothering them or agitating them I loved the service the doctor, the treatment everything even after my procedure my doctor was so sweet and so nice explained everything in detail so I can understand exactly what she was saying. Thank you guys for the best treatment I’ve ever had.
