Had a great experience but was told I would get a follow up call and never received one after almost 2 weeks after the appointment. Still haven’t had a follow up call, even after calling to follow up myself. Wish the communication was a little better. Other than that, no complaints!

Starting from check in, nurse check in questions, IV started, visit from doctor, who was totally aware of prior issues with Colonoscopy five years ago. To the Anesthesiologist, the tech in the procedure room and recovery for exceeded my expectations. They were courteous, kind, professional, and understanding. I had a very positive wonderful experience.
I went because of some lower left quadrant pain. I’m due for a colonoscopy anyway; couldn’t see Dr. Misra until Aug., so I saw Dr. Misra’s PA. She was very nice, thorough and professional.
Good staff wants to take their time with you.

Staff is always very friendly, professional etiquette, and helpful with any questions. Dr. Schoenig is an amazing doctor who takes the time to listen to any issues I have and go through all the options there are to address them.
I saw NP lexie who was knowledgeable and empathic. I was very impressed with her!
