The doctor and nurses and payment lady were wonderful. The check in at the front girl lacked personality and acted like she didn’t even cared if she or anybody else was there. It was like we were a bother. But, all in all, the experience was good.

The surgery staff and Dr. Underwood were kind, considerate and professional. Dr. Underwood has a great bedside manner and everyone else put me at ease about the procedure.
I could not give a 5-star review because I called the clinic a few days before the colonoscopy and asked if one of the allergy meds would interfere with the procedure. The nurse didn't call me back, but I spoke with a medical assistant who was very inconsiderate. I had never encountered this type of behavior in the medical field before and it upset me. I am just glad I had a good experience with the procedure and staff.

Whether you need a consult for chronic constipation or elevated liver enzymes or bilirubin to colonoscopy or even advanced endoscopy, she’s your girl!
I received concise information from Sarah, Dr. Jones' assistant, on the night before my procedure about exactly how to prep. My procedure was on 7/23. I was so nervous, because I'm not used to getting procedures like this, but I was amazed at the efficiency of the staff and the good communication going on between everybody in the endoscopy area.
Shoutout to the preop nurse and the nurse that wheeled me to the procedural room. They told me exactly what to expect. And they were right. I'm a nurse, so it's hard to be on the other end of the equation. I was so scared, but everybody was so nice.
Dr. Jones is a very knowledgeable and efficient provider. I'm glad to have him as my GI doctor. Will definitely keep seeking preventive care through this organization. I am impressed.

Nobody wants a colonoscopy, but the caring staff at G.I. Associates in Madison made me feel as though it was spa day. Every person who tended to me was warm, friendly and capable.
