Dr. Nackley joined Digestive Health Associates of Texas as a private practitioner in 2001. He takes a personal approach when seeing patients. He schedules each one with enough time for them to discuss their issues and ask questions so that he can educate them on their treatment plan. Allotting extra time allows for the appointment to be more relaxed and not rushed in any way. When his patients leave the office from their appointments, Dr. Nackley wants them to feel that he has created a treatment plan that they feel comfortable with. He also makes sure that they know that he will work with them until the problem is solved. Dr. Nackley also sees each and every patient who is referred to him by other physicians.

I was referred Dr Nackley over 3 years ago when hospitalized with a kidney infection which was affecting different Organs besides just the kidneys; however, I had a close call and the doctors informed my wife if I been one day longer getting treatment the results would have been different and final, he was one of the group that spent countless hours finding out the real cause was and it saved my life, his part was finding where all my blood was coming from and whee it was going and as he suspected the culprits were the stomach and colon. That has all been corrected and after my oncology doctor corrected my blood count I am now living a normal life because of his dedication.
I enjoy joking and talking in a relaxed atmosphere when I have an office visit with him and all aspects for the treatments are covered and you know what is expected to correct the problem.
I recommend him extremely high if you are needing a GI specialist, he knows and understands the human body.

My visits are always pleasant. Rarely will I have to wait, waiting is usually a sign that a patient before me had major problems and needed assistance, so no problem for me. His staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Nackley is knowledgeable, keeps up with current medical practices and techniques. He has a great bedside manner and puts his patients first. I have seen him for last 5 years, even though his practice is further away."

Dr. Nackley is one of the best doctors I have ever had. My husband and I both are extremely fond of him. He is a very talented and caring doctor and we are very fortunate to have found him! He treats everyone with love and genuine respect and is also so knowledgeable and helpful. I would never go to anyone else!
