Why did you choose to specialize in Gastroenterology?
I love the myriad of disease processes that Gastroenterology has to offer. It is a perfect combination of seeing patients & performing procedures.
Do you have a specialty of interest within GI?
My passion is liver disease. It’s pretty amazing to see the advances in antiviral therapy & be a part of an amazing future.

Medical School: Texas A&M University Health Science Center College of Medicine, Internal Medicine Residency: Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, Hepatology Fellowship: Baylor University Medical Center, Gastroenterology Fellowship: University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

What do you and your family enjoy doing in your spare time?
I simply enjoy spending my spare time with my spouse of 16 years and my two boys, ages 4 and 6 who keep us plenty busy. My husband is an avid traveler & I’m proud to say we have seen all seven continents thus far.

I was very nervous for my first colonoscopy. Dr. Chilli was professional and experienced. Staff was warm and so were the blankets! This is the place to go when its time for your first procedure like this.

She was very nice, very thorough. I got a recommendation for my other doctor for a different doctor and he didn't wanna see me. They know what medicines I was taken

I am a new patient. Google maps took me to the wrong end of the building which caused me to run a little late. The staff was extremely courteous. Dr. Yalamanchili was very nice. It was like I have been a patient of hers forever she’s got me set up to find out what the problems are and get them taken care of.

Checking in was a breeze. The receptionist even came out to the waiting area to assist me. The medical team communicated the details of getting ready for surgery, and the post surgery instructions were made plain and the doctor’s report of the procedure was discussed. A great experience!
