About Kelly Gibbs, M.D.
Although I treat all GI issues, I have a special interest in women’s health and preventative health. During my internal medicine training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, I participated in the Women’s Health Track which enabled me to develop expertise in various health issues that are unique to women and more common in women.
Why Gastroenterology?
I chose to specialize in gastroenterology because I love the complexity of internal medicine plus the technical challenge and therapeutic potential of endoscopy. The ability to effectively evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions and diseases that have such a large impact on patients’ quality of life is exciting and gratifying.
What can patients Expect?
My patients can expect a physician who will truly listen to their concerns and who respects every patient as unique. I am a gastroenterologist who is excited about her job and is dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
Outside of the Office
I enjoy spending time with my family, being active in the outdoors, trying new restaurants and traveling.
Interests outside of work?
When not at work, I enjoy biking running swimming. I also enjoy being out in nature and tending to my garden.

Conveniently located. I was a new patient. I had a good visit from beginning to end. Nice, friendly staff. Dr. Gibbs was on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen, answer questions, and explain things very thoroughly. Wait time was short. I would definitely recommend her to others.
Dr. Gibbs was very friendly, and knowledgeable. She took time to talk to me, answer my questions and keep me informed throughout the visit/exam. This was my first time for an appointment of this nature. She put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. She is truly excited about her specialty (which is funny and comforting at the same time.) One has to wonder why anyone would go into gastro, but you can tell she enjoys what she does and enjoys helping people.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gibbs and the whole Gastro Arkansas staff! She has been so helpful in figuring out a treatment plan for me and she or one of her staff are always available when I have questions. Highly recommend!!
Incredible service, I was in and out it seemed like. Minimal waiting, I was sitting in the waiting area for just a few minutes and they took me in and then nurse did her thing, left and Doctor Gibbs was right in, she was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend her, the staff and her clinic.

The Doctor was very thorough they took more blood than I knew I had they were compassionate and made you feel relaxed while drawing your blood and they asked a lot of questions
