Everything went smooth with my visit to Dr Chi. Got in for prep within 10 minutes of arrival. And was out quicker then I thought I would. No after effects.
dr. chi was nice. but his staff is terrible. I have not gotten appointment with liver specialist because they didn't receive referral from Dr. chi office. I called and left many messages. it has been more than 1 weeek. Surgery scheduler also has bad attitude,not explained fully.

Dr. Chi was extremely kind and thoughtful. He made time to see me with a health concern and was very attentive. I am grateful to both him and his staff.

I was very impressed by Dr. Kenneth Chi’s professionalism. He was attentive to hear my concerns and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions in detail without rushing. Dr. Chi was approachable and comfortable to communicate with. There was a wait to see the doctor of more than two months because his clinic was full, but it was well worth the wait.

Dr. Chi is a consummate professional that takes the time to listen as well as explain the whole process of the different procedures that his office provides. His staff is equally professional as well. He makes the process so simple and straightforward that it doesn't even feel as though you're going through any type of procedure at all. To be honest, it's easier than going to a dentist's office. He makes the colonoscopy and endoscopy a very simple process. Lastly, the anesthesiologist was phenomenal. I highly recommend Dr. Chi and his wonderful caring staff!
Staff was really nice and very efficient. I was seen promptly without a wait. Dr. Chi was very thorough and explained the diagnosis and treatment options well. I feel confident that he will give me the best care possible.
