Did a virtual visit. Log in worked fine and call was on time. Dr was well aware of the situation and was helpful and reassuring . He followed up immediately with notes of the meeting and contacted my primary physician as promised. I was completely satisfied!

Dr. Versland is a very knowledgeable and caring professional. From my experience, he advocates for the well-being of his patients, often providing either generic or natural treatment alternatives to the traditional over the counter solutions.
The only issue I have is with the insurance (as with most specialist doctor's offices today). They automatically default to a $100 copay, and I don't have a copay with my insurance through "tier 1" doctors under my plan.

Dr Versland and his team were as always first and foremost concerned with what was happening with my concerns and my needs. They worked very closely together to ensure I was able to get the necessary support that was needed to make everything necessary was met.
I've always found the office staff friendly and accommodating. Dr Versland himself is also friendly and accommodating. I never feel rushed, and I never feel like he talks down to me or skimps on explanations.

Colonoscopy went smoothly (aside from the prep which is always a pain in the a**) but doctor and his team were very professional, helpful, informative, prompt and courteous. Procedure went quickly without a hitch.
My colonoscopy was a very pleasant experience. The CGI staff, nurses and Doctors were very professional, caring and nice. Dr. Verse land is an excellent physician with a great bedside manner.

I went in for a colonoscopy. The center was great in their pre-treatment processes. Dr. Versland is a fantastic doctor! Never had an issue after the procedure.
