Dr. Elevado received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN, and his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency and Gastroenterology Fellowship at University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, MA.
Dr. Elevado is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of The American College of Gastroenterology, The American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and The American Gastroenterology Association.

Dr. Elevado is the best doctor he is definitely the guy to see for if you have stomach or bowel issues. He actually cares about his patients. I can't say enough good things about him he's awesome. He's a great guy with an awesome personality makes you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Elevado is a skilled and insightful physician. He is extremely warm, caring, and empathetic. I had a Crohn’s flare up while traveling and ended up in the Lisbon hospital - he did everything he could for my wife and I while we were there - even gave us his personal number - I can’t recommend him highly enough!!
