From making my appointment through being assisted to my car once colonoscopy was completed, I could not say enough good about this place and all of its employees. Thanks for once again making an unpleasant experience become an easy and painless experience.
I thought I should write a review, because Dr Greenspan quite literally saved my life. I wasn't even a patient of his yet and he still made the time to see me. I was very very ill and had no idea what was wrong, he figured it out, got me the right medication, and now I am for the most part totally fine.

From the minute I walked through the doors everyone was friendly. I was greeted by the receptionist with a "good morning" and a welcoming smile. I asked her to add an additional doctor to my file before I had my procedure. She stopped what she was doing and called my doctor's office to get the fax number.
The nurses and technical staff were friendly, smiling and I could listen to how they were making the other patients in the prep waiting room feel at ease.
Dr. Kalmowitz was very friendly, and took his time to explain the procedure and asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable about having my colonoscopy. If your doctor wants you to have a colonoscopy; I highly recommend Dr. Kalmowitz. He is amazing. I will definitely be back to see Dr. Kalmowitz in 5 years.

The staff was friendly and helpful and Dr. Shah answered my questions and explained everything I asked. He's not only caring, he's a great doc.
Caring staff and doctor. Dr Shah was personable and professional listening to my concerns and advising me. Jackie at the front desk was pleasant checking me in. Tracy was efficient and friendly checking my blood pressure and arranging my paperwork. Finishing up with Leslie scheduling my next visit was nice so I do not have to call back. A good experience and I recommend Dr Shah.

Dr Gao and her team have taken what many consider an uncomfortable procedure, both mentally and physically, and done a great job making everyone feel at ease. From the moment you walk through to your room, everyone is full of energy, professional, and have the routine down pat allowing them to just be super people to help you along the way. Kudos to the staff on being positive, professional and polite. Dr Gao's follow up personal phone call was a nice touch, demonstrating her compassion. It takes a whole team to get everything right, and one to ruin it. They got it right. If you need this procedure, go here without a doubt.

I was referred to Dr. Kalmowitz and West River Endoscopy by my PCP. The appointment was set for three months wait, but since this was for a colonoscopy, I really didn’t mind waiting. The information I received from West River about the prep and timeline, etc. were timely and complete. It really took a lot of the guess work out of the process.
Normally, the worst part of having a colonoscopy is the prep, and this was no different. From the minute I first walked into the lobby on the day of the procedure until I walked out the door, the experience was stupendous! This place runs like a Swiss watch. Every single person I came in contact with (and there were many; this place isn’t understaffed like so many other businesses) was professional, competent, friendly, and seemed truly focused on my complete comfort and satisfaction. Every single step of the way, there was a nurse there to thoroughly explain exactly what was going on and what I should expect next. I was especially appreciative of the warm blanket they gave me when I was first disrobed and on a cot. At no time did I languish or feel like I was forgotten.
Even when I was wheeled into the procedure room, the doctor introduced himself, very cordially professionally, as well as the two young ladies who would be assisting with the procedure. The procedure was painless and over before I knew it. Upon completion, my wife, who was waiting in the lobby, was called to let her know I would be out soon. She said in less than ten minutes I came out the doors. This is without question one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait for my next colonoscopy! Okay, I was just kidding about that last bit, everything else is absolutely true!

Dr. Brett is the best doctor I have ever seen before.
He treated my dad from H. Pylori and was successful treatment after struggling with 3 doctors for 3 years and after doing colonoscopy.
I recommend this doctor because he is honest up front, looking to do his job perfectly.
I really appreciate doctor Brett for finding the treatment and my dad finally is in good health after loosing 30 lb from this stomach bug.

West end Endoscopy is a wonderful facility with amazing staff. The only concern that we had was having to over hear one of the Techs named Amanda “Caucasian female, dark hair, pulled back into a ponytail” talk about being ready to take her lunch break to go buy some bud and get high. However, I do understand that marijuana is legal, but I also think there is a time and place for that kind of conversation. Smoking marijuana on break then coming back to your patients is not the safe thing to do. Other than having to hear that conversation, I believe west river Endo is a great place with amazing Drs.

Yesterday colonoscopy by Dr.Schreiber……I was very impressed by everything…BEAUTIFUL OFFICE, GREAT SEATING. WARM INVITING STAFF AT FRONT DESK, FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT NURSES.
Dr.Schreiber explained procedures and risks, reviewed my medical history with me. Procedure went smoothly no discomfort after.

Outstanding facility with a great staff. Dr Greenspan and his staff are top notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful explaining ever step of my procedure. I cant say enough good things about my experience. The building was very clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend using Gastroenterology Associates.

Dr Shah has been my GI Dr and Elaine has been my nurse for 15 years. Always there when I need them and always helpful, honest and caring. Great practice that goes beyond!
Dr Spector is an excellent doctor, he listened, showed concern, provided a diagnosis and made a plan for a solution!! Also the whole staff was excellent. I was first seen somewhere else and was not satisfied, I am so thankful that I made an appointment to see Dr Spector!!
