Professional staff. All wore name tags with professional status. Always introduced themselves with brief explanation of what they were going to do in my care. Explained time line. Asked if any questions. Asked if I was comfortable. 5 star staff.

Going to Gastroebterology office can be very stressful. Not the case at Dr. Oussama Moussan, MD office. First contact you have is the receptionist and she was personal, and professional, which made me relaxed. It did not end there....the Nurse/Randi was exceptional in all areas. She is a Nurse you want by your side in Emergency room situation. Last but not least- Dr. Moussan, What a gem! Very kind, Knows how to operate his tools, and Very patient answering my questions. I would recommend he and his staff to do my Gastroenterology!!
