Care provided at the center on Thunderbird Blvd, Peoria. The staff are all very prompt, welcoming, proficient and caring. Excellent communication from start through completion. This was a 3 year followup and all went very well. I highly recommend Dr Chokshi, all the licensed support staff and the Nurse Anesthetists whose skill and expertise help relieve any underlying anxiety and reluctance to have these exams done.
I wish all Doctors were like Dr Chokshi! He is highly knowledgeable, very experienced and graciously takes time to discuss your issues. They don’t come any better!!!
