About Prashant Kedia, MD
Dr. Kedia is credentialed in performing ERCP, EUS, endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD), peroral endoscopic myotomy (POEM), endoscopic suturing and transoral incisionless fundoplication. He has a passion for advanced endoscopic procedures, therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound, and endoscopic treatment of acid reflux and obesity. He has published numerous manuscripts on these topics and is very committed to teaching and engaging in clinical research. Additionally, he currently serves as the Medical Director of Innovative Interventional Endoscopy at Methodist Dallas Medical Center.

I had gone to a gastroenterologist last year after suffering from bloating and not being able to eat anything without getting sick. I was diagnosed with Gastroparesis and was sent to Dr. Kedia in Dallas as he was a specialist in the GPOEM procedure. After talking to him he told me I was a candidate for the procedure. I have to say he saved my life. He is a phenomenal doctor and the procedure went great. I now have a life and want to thank him and his staff for everything they did to help me. Dr Kedia provides a service that only physicians in the metroplex are accredited to complete. He is the whole package as far as physicians go & I would recommend him for any digestive health procedure.
