Weird to say I had a great experience about the procedure I had done, but that's what it was. The prep wasn't easy, but everything after that went fine. The staff was very friendly, and even the music playing in the procedure room was my kind of music. Definitely recommend Dr. Amaro.
Colonoscopy was a breeze. Even the prep was way better than what it was 10 years ago. Dr. Amaro and his team are very professional and thorough.
Great experience and easy process
Best people in the world! Everyone I interacted with was so, nice, friendly and helpful. Getting a colonoscopy is not on most people's list of fun things to do. However, the staff there make it the best possible experience! Wish other places were more like this one!

Wonderful experience here. Waiting time was very minimal, and everything was fast and efficient. Staff and nurses were very nice and friendly. I had a very nice and great anesthesiologist, went to sleep probably in 5 seconds. Technician was very nice answering my questions. Dr. Amaro was wonderful and made my whole first experience easy. Thank you to the whole team!!!

I am an Army combat retired soldier who gets "care" through the VA. However it has not been very thorough. I have felt ignored and dismissed so I asked yo see someone in the community. DR. Amaro really made me feel heard, and empathized with. I felt Dr. Amaro was thorough and caring, and asked me a ton of questions and really wanted to know how I felt. My symptoms were not dismissed or taken lightly and I felt a huge sense of relief and like I was finally in the hands of an expert!
