I was referred to Dr.Chinnaputa on the 14th
of Feburary. I have left messages for information to find out where they are scheduling my appointment.
Not a word back. Called for 3 days, tomorrow will be 4. I have been burning in my
chest for 2 months. I got through to scheduling department, said it was still being reviewed. Not very professional to take so long and not return any kind of message. Not pleased with service here. That said, Dr. Chinnaputa is a great doctor. If he wasn't there I would not go to this place!!/
Great experience at this business today. Dr. Chinnapita is the best in Beaumont. Very pleasent atmosphere today. Really stepped up, way to go staff. (OLD REVIEW) They are very uncaring and heartless. I have been having an extremely painful problem since November 1st. It is now Nov.8th. The nurse practitioner is just as bad. Even after Dr.Chinnapita said I needed to go to a Dr in Houston. It took 4 days to get my referral sent, and that was after I called again. If Dr.Chinnapita was not such a good Dr. I would not ever step foot in that place again!! I have recently gone to this establishment. / Dr. Chinnapita is a very good doctor. Had a little trouble getting someone to call me back the first time. Had to go to the business. The second time someone called. Very polite in the procedure room.

I went into this procedure with complete confidence in Dr channapati and his team, since I've used him for many years. They're very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring.

My experience was very positive. Scheduling, preparation, and procedure were all fully explained and nurses and doctors were helpful and friendly.
The staff is forever kind and courteous. The Dr staff is also attentive and speaks clearly so you can understand. Highly rated.

Dr Chennupati is a wonderful doctor. From beginning to end he talked to me about the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. The staff in general from Admissions to leaving after the procedure was fabulous. Great facility and staff !
Patient was my wife. Dr Chennupati is a wonderful doctor. She had a very positive experience. He talked with her after procedure and went over the pictures he had taken.
Where do I begin. When I got a call from the Center that my colonoscopy was due, I was ably helped by Diane and thereafter Teisha who put all the necessary paperwork together and mailed it to me. Check-in was a breeze. Nurse Dee was very professional and got me a heated blanket as the prep-room was freezing. Then Eric wheeled me in to the much dreaded room where Dr. Chennupati was waiting for me. We got to chat until the anesthesia kicked in. Dr. Chennupati is the best in the business, hence the five star. I would be remiss if i did not mention Dana who very kindly made sure I had a comfortable ride home.
