Everyone was super nice and made u feel comfortable for an unpleasant procedure. Theu send out info on a timely basis to help u along to get ready. The kit that has the meds, drinks, etc was top notch, made drinking the formula to clean u out drinkable!! Had jello, aloe wipes also a plus!
