Dr Sai was incredible, not only did he get my issue fixed but he got other things fixed on me. He looks at everything not just what you are there for but other things that can be causing or contributing to the issue. He also no matter what time of day it is will contact you personally to give you updates and to see how you are. Kinda like making a house call. In a way I wish he wasn't a specialist and was my main Dr even though I love my main Dr she referred me to him. They only have a 5 star he deserves more.
I’d excellent experience with Dr. Sai & the whole team today with my procedure. My procedure started a bit late then my appointment time due to the doctor tied up on his earlier appointment. But when I met Dr. Sai I forgot about the waiting. The first thing doctor said is the apology for the wait which I heard first time in my life from any doctor. Dr. Sai is very humble & professional & I highly recommend Dr. Sai to anyone looking for the best GI specialist.

I visited DHAT Allen office today for the first time. From the front desk to the back office, I experienced everyone very helping and great attitude and . Dr. Sai was very professional and also very attentive to me in a very calm manner. He answered my questions even though they were not related to the reason for my visit today.

From the moment i entered the Center it was a first class experience. Front Desk Personnel were friendly and helpful and kept me updated on all aspects of visit. The Nurse who prepped me for procedure was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Dr. Sai was great and made me feel relaxed. Recovery Personnel were also outstanding!! Highly recommend!!

My name is Lonnie Walker, and I met Dr. Sai on January 25th due to being scheduled for a colonoscopy. After the procedure, Dr. Sai throughly explained the process not only verbally, but also via a printout with photos, that gave me a more in depth understanding of the procedure. He was extremely patient, and his passive demeanor made me, along with my wife feel that I had been treated by the best Gastroenterologist . I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sai to anyone looking for a REAL DOCTOR!!!!

I can’t say enough about this facility. Everyone from the administrative staff to the nurses to Dr. Sai was kind, patient and professional. They truly do care about their patients and the service was top-notch. A text the next day to ask how I was doing and a follow up call after that was really appreciated.
