I had a rather sudden onset of problems and have a strong family history. Dr. Ratuapli got me scheduled for a colonoscopy very quickly and fortunately all came out well. Very pleased.

That whole office is great. The minute you walk in they greet you, and once they call you to the back is better, all the girls so nice , smiling at all time and always paying attention if I needed something and if I was ok. Very nice, friendly, informative staff. The Dr took time explaining the procedure. After the procedure I am told the doctor explained the results to me. I don’t recall talking to the doctor because I was still under the anesthesia.
My visit was virtual but the office staff i spoke with to set everything up were pleasant to deal with which was refreshing. Dr. Ratuapali listened to everything I had to say I did not feel rushed. I was always concerned about quality of care via virtual but he made it a good experience.
