Nurse Practitioner Dale listened patiently to my concerns, asked questions, carefully listened to my answers & also took time to answer questions I had. She genuinely cared about my discomfort, & made a few changes to my medications to ones that would work better for me! I appreciated her thoroughness. This was the first time in a long time that I believe the doctor actually listened to what I was saying. I think they are going through the process to get me healed up and it makes me feel really good that someone makes me feel good about the experience, going to a doctor.
