I had my second follow-up colonoscopy at this clinic three days ago on Monday. On each visit, I found all of the staff I interacted with to be very friendly, thorough, and professional. I am not a big fan of sedation, but the anesthesia nurse listened carefully to me and she was very understanding, compassionate, and supportive in regards to my concerns. Dr. Christopher Tan was very knowledgeable in treating patients who have my rare blood clotting disorder and he took extra care during the procedure to ensure that there would be no complications. At 3 days post-procedure, I am doing very well and have experienced absolutely NO complications whatsoever. The pathology report was just now delivered to my patient portal and I look forward to visiting this clinic again in 3 years for a follow-up procedure.

Provider, medical staff, & front office staff were all lovely. Easy scheduling except that it took about 8 weeks to get in. They checked with my insurance to make sure my procedure was covered & I could use their facility. Highly recommend.
Experience staff, courtesy and got taken care immediately. All my questions were answered no matter how little they may have seemed and they showed true concern about my situation and how to go about resolving it.
Quick and efficient after I was seen. I can see why they are so popular!

Ease of checking in at reception. Waited a little bit, since practitioner was running behind, but appointment went well.

The ARNP that I had my pre and post appointments with has TERRIBLE time management skills. Each time, I waited 50 at55 minutes, without any explanation until I messaged. Each time, I was assured it would be 5-10 more minutes. All that for a less than five minute appointment. Either she is very unprofessional or the office needs a better scheduler. I’m undetermined regarding her ability in helping me as I’ve got to wait from now, October, until February for my next appointment.
100% Awesome!!!! All of the staff was caring to the MAXIMUM. Dr. Doherty was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled!! The facility was super clean, with new equipment and instruments. But most importantly, they card DEEPLY about me as a patient. I can't thank them enough!!!

I was a few minutes late getting to my appointment. The front desk ladies were polite and professional. I didn't wait long before I was asked to go back to the exam room, the Dr came in introduced herself. I had a few questions which the Dr was ok with explaing why it's good to have this procedure done.
